Recently, Western Digital (WD) the leader of digital saving storage solution has released My Book Live Duo, cloud persona saving system which combines two benefits saving together as well as remote access by double backup saving or dual drive system with RAID technology (Redundant Array of Independent Disks). Many Xbox LIVE users are disappointing to learn that there are issues that prevent them from creating new Xbox LIVE accounts, managing their existing account, or recovering their account on a different console. More critically, the issues also related to many users difficulty on making use of Xbox LIVE online services including Xbox.com and Xbox LIVE forums.
Microsoft makes attempts to handle these issues seriously and delivered some service alerts to warn about outages throughout its Xbox LIVE and Zune services. The report also includes the inconvenient fact that Zune marketplace users complained that they failed to access their account or purchase Microsoft Points.
Responding this issue, Microsoft confirmed about the outages addressing the two services and convinced the users that they are working on the problems. The company reported that after the latest outages occurred, it is found out that there is a corrupted DNS configuration happened on September 8 to a mass outage of Hotmail, Office 365, SkyDrive, and MSN.
