Its screen is three times larger than that of the iPhone or iPod Touch. This touchscreen is presented in a high resolution. There are six options of the iPad; the Wi-Fi models comes with a 16GB model, a 32GB model, and 64GB model, their prices are absolutely various depend on the iPad’s storage memory you choose. In the late of this month, iPad with 3G capability will be shipped in three models and equipped with GPS chip.

Furthermore, the iPad is equipped with 9.7-inch LED-backlit screen with IPS technology integrated to give better color and contrast. The device also has native resolution of 1024-by-768-pixel resolution enables you to watch the HD video, but the maximum result is only given when you watch videos stored locally rather than the streaming video content.

If you are familiar with iPhone and iPod Touch, you will not find it hard to operate iPad because they are designed with the same underlying operating system. Entering the main menu you will catch the sight of current iPhone OS displaying four icons across and other four rows down, plus Safari, Mail, Photos, and there is also iPod icons in a row at the bottom.

If you have iTunes, your iPad may connect to iTunes and the iTune will automatically recognize the device and you will be prompted to register your iPad and set up your iTunes Store Account. However, sometimes a slight error happens when your iPad may be recognized as iPhone if you have previously sync your iPhone to the PC, so you need to set up new profile for your iPad.

Once the profile set, you can start to operate it. Surprisingly, the iTunes will pick up all of the settings from your previous devices. It means that iTunes will automatically transfer the whole files or folders you have selected before for your iPhone to iPad device without prompting you earlier.

Additionally, file handling can be so frustrating sometimes. You must associate files with particular app at the bottom of Apps tab, however once you clicked the app, there will be no indication about the type it supports. Moreover, every time you add a file to the app, iPad will immediately start to sync even before you press Apply, and this is weird.
